For those of you who have asked and have offered to pay to watch a live webcast, we have found a solution when there is no sponsor and/or the producer does not have the means to pay for a webcast.
We will try this out at Ashley’s Journey Barrel Bash this weekend. The price will be $19.95 for all 3 days.
The following terms and conditions apply –
1) You must have a Gmail account to view the webcast.
2) You must provide the correct Gmail account when placing your order.
4) Webcast must be ordered and paid in full before the link is provided and paid an hour before the race starts each day. This allows us ample time to give you the link.
5) There are no refunds. All sales are final.
6) Webcast fees are not prorated. The price is $19.95 for all 3 days of the event, regardless if you watch 1 day or 3 days.
7) Tech support is not included in the price of the webcast.
8) Links may not be shared. If more people are watching than what has been paid to watch (i.e. 10 paid to watch and 20 people watching), we will know the link has been shared, and the entire webcast will be shut down. Anyone who shares the link risks the full webcast being shut down with no refunds. As the saying goes, one rotten apple spoils the whole bunch.
9) Copying and/or screen recording any part of the webcast is copyright protected and is considered stealing without prior written consent from JFVideo.
10) Submittal of payment is your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions to view the webcast.
11) $19.95 payment is good for one event/barrel race only (i.e., Ashley’s Journey Barrel Bash for 3 days). It is not an annual fee.
